At R.A.D®, we are committed to ensuring your performance gear meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original R.A.D® shoebox or apparel bag, ensuring all tags remain attached and the product is in new condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
